I entered the premise at 6:50 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: Clear floor, demo & wrap metal, load out on 1 floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on 1 “floor. Two workers were present for the decon maintenance, organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0.026.

1’‘ Floor - 30 Asbestos Handlers were working on the floor in shifts. There was a large amount of debris - mixed beams, metal fixtures and conduits - on the north/west side area of the floor. Two workers were spraying beams and wrapping with poly.

Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon. Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
