I entered the premise at 6:25 pm. LVI schedule informed that activities include: Clear floor, scrape fireproofing, load out on V' floor.

I proceeded to the decon, signed the log book, don the appropriate level of personal protective equipment to enter the regulated area on Vfloor. Three workers were present for the decon maintenance, cleaning the shower chambers and organizing the clean room. Negative air pressure was -0.050.

V' Floor - 33 Asbestos Handlers were inside the work area. Workers harnessed in three scissor lifts at the area 4 were scraping fireproofing from ceiling and beams, spraying with amended water north/east side of the work area; washing and fine cleaning ceiling, vertical and horizontal beams, plastic of the wall at the north side area; other workers were picking up debris from the floor using metal shovels, placing into the boxes, cleaning the plastic on the floor. Workers at the north side waste decon were dry cleaning the floor using HEPA vacuum. At the north/west side corner two workers on scaffolds were cutting and removing the metal panels from the beam using equipment equipped with HEPA filters, spraying the area with amended water.

Others were cutting metal into the pieces at the west side vestibule near former mechanical room, placing into the boxes and spraying; preparing, wrapping and loading out sealed and sprayed boxes through the north side waste decon. 11 Gaylord boxes were ready for load out and 8 boxes still open. 35 micro trap machines were powered on and 5 on stand by. Inspection was done on micro trap tents.

After following the decontamination procedure I signed the log book and left the decon. Inspection was done on ATC trailer.
