Dear Mr. Weems:

We are in receipt of the response from the Division of Real Estate Service regarding the above referenced project. The following is Ambassador's response;

ltem_NcLl The cost representation in our estimate does not include Addenda 1. We did not have sufficient time to include the addenda in our original estimate. The cost estimate for Addenda 1 will be submitted shortly.

Item No. 3 The rubbish removal cost of $35,100 will be removed. The cut and patch line item is not a general conditions item, it .a valid.part Gf the work" —

Item No. 5 Ambassador’s line item for the Generator Test represents the cost for the Design Engineer to go to the factory and test the generator as called for in the Specifications, page PPS-23 under Factory Testing. The cost represents time, travel and meals for the engineer. The cost for Generator Testing in the electric trade bid is the testing of the generator on the job site as called for in the Specifications, page PPS-24 under Site Testing.
