i, Mechanical spaces on the seventh floor will pot be air conditioned It will be ventilated by the means of mechanical ventilation utilizing exterior louvers.

On the regular bases building perimeter heating system and supplementary electric unit heaters will be used to maintain a minimum of 55 degrees Fabarenheit in the space. Generator room will be used aa a plenum. Intake lowers will be equipped with the low leakage automatic dampers. Discharge from the geoeraton will be rigidly connected to the louvers with automatic dampers. Existing water and sprinkler piping will be rerouted from the room.

It is our understanding that a perimeter hot water heating pumps ate on the building generator and water will be circulated to prevent frc«e-ups, In addition, branch piping in the space will be electrically heat traced. Please note, as wc discussed several times on the phone, to proceed and finalize design of mechanical systems for ihe twenty “third floor, we need an equipment heat rejection data for the following area; Equipment room (23-50), storage/equipment (23«49), closets (23-18) and, most important, LAN/HAED End room.
