11. An individually enclosed, D.C. operated annunciator panel which duplicates the annunciations provided at the generator control switchgear. The panel shall be mounted, on the 23rd floor in the Mechanical Room at a location where directed, and the required circuitry connection to the generator switchgear, as well as a voltage supply connection to the engine starting battery, shall be provided. The panel shall also include a silencing switch and "alarm silenced" pilot light.

12. Electronic "load sharing type" speed governor incorporating all features necessary for manual and automatic synchronizing and paralleling of the engine-generator set with other sets. The control section of the governor shall be installed in the generator control switchgear.

13. Provide alternate price for 275 gallon diesel fuel ready supply "day-tank" complete with five 2 pole float switches for 5 amps at 600 volts minimum duty and suitable connections to permit the attachment of fill, overflow return and vent piping which will be separate from the electric work. Day tank shall be U.L. labeled, and the vessel (together with electrical and fuel connections thereto) shall be suitable for operation at a working pressure of 5 psig. If the day tank is not factory installed, field installation of the day tank on, or adjacent to, the engine base will be acceptable, however, any appurtenances such as solenoid valves, etc., and connections between day tank and engine shall be provided as part of the electric work. Float switdies shall be arranged for "low alarm," "level control/lead pump", "level control/lag pump," "high alarm," and high level safety cut out" operation. Include a power supply connection from the nearest adequate 120 volt emergency source as well as circuitry extensions to solenoid valves, pump motors, etc., as required for control of fuel supply. Provide integrally mounted day tank overflow pan sized for twice the capacity of the day tank, and complete with 2-pole (alarm plus pump shutdown) float switch. Include 2-wire circuitry extension to fuel transfer tank pump, arranged to shut down transfer pump on overflow of day tank.
