The Contractor shall comply with the instructions given to him by the Engineer in conducting blasting operations and making necessary adjustments in his blasting procedures. Where maximum peak particle velocities are specified herein, they shall be reduced by the Contractor where necesssary to prevent damage to or movement of adjacent t structures, or where directed by the Engineer.
