Attached is a print of Utility Site Plan with a letter dated March 12, 1982 from Mr. Robert R. Bisaccia, Director of Operations of the Intrepid Museum Foundation. It is requested that a field inspection be performed by your personnel of the double barrel 6’-6" X 8'“6" concrete sewer located at Pier 86 (W. 46th Street), site of the projected Intrepid Museum. Please inspect the structural conditions (both exterior and interior) of the sewer so as to determine what effect the proposed construction might have on it.
