Dear Mr. Dwyer: This is in reply to your letter of February 18, 1982 wherein SD 152 applications and related site plans for the above project v/ore sub mitted to this office for processing. Our examinaiton of your plans indicates that a building structure is to be erected within the filled-in portion of Pier 86 directly over an existing double barrel 6*-6" x 8*-6” sewer outfall. Such a structure, could have an advezse affect on our maintenance or reconstruct ion capabilities of the sewer. Since your drawings do not provide any details as. to the type of structure or the method of installation, it is impossible to access the extent of the impact on our sewer or to make any determination as to the acceptability of this proposal. It is requested that you submit detailed drawings indicating the following: 1. Type of building structure. 2. Location of footings (both horizontatlly and vertically with respect to the sewer) or other foundation structures over the sewer. 3. Net vertical cliearance (if any) from the building to ground surface over th^ sewer. Please note that uo further processing of your house connection application can b i performed until the aforementioned drawings have been submitted to and reviewed by this office. cc: DiMartino Very truly yours.
