SUBJECT: INTREPID MUSEUM PROJECT - PIER 86 AT WEST 46TH STREET BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN
This office is presently reviewing an SD 182 application for the subject project. Our examination of the attendant plans indicates that a building is to be erected within the filled in portion of Pier 86 directly over an existing double barrel 6’-6" x 8*-6" sewer outfall. Attached, please find a set of plans for the construction of said building. Kindly review the plans and advise us of any adverse structural effects the proposed building will have on the afore mentioned existing sewer.
