In reply to your submittal of revised plans for the referenced V ■? project with a letter dated October 4, 1932, and a meeting on ‘ the same date, please be informed of the following comments of/ 3 this Department; ’ /I) As stated in your submittal letter, the contractor shall : ■: be responsible for the uninterrupted function and main- - tenance of all existing sewers in the project:' area during the course of the work. However, in order to ensure the structural integrity of these sewers, the complete details of the sewer supporting system over the proposed intake and utility lines.should be submitted for review prior to the start of construction. 2) It is our understanding that no new sewer work is proposed or required under this contract, and no City sevzers will be used as outlets for any dewatering.
