FEMA needs some answers in response to the questions below. I know the building scopes are due soon and our past estimates were $1,000,000 each, but I will some more details for them if available.

Hi Virginia,

I know you all are very busy over there these days, so instead of pestering you with another phone call, here's a friendly email of the stuff I wanted to check on.

1. Potential HVAC Cleaning Costs - FEMA management has asked me to get the answers to these questions before submitting the PW for their review. * How many buildings in the affected area have central HVAC systems? * How much, on average, does it cost to clean a central HVAC system?

2. Uncleaned debris-laden building costs - I will need to write up a PW for this before August 31, 2002. In order to do this, we need: * Finalized list of buildings and their addresses str Are these commercial or residential buildings? * Scope of work for the cleaning, monitoring, etc. of each of these buildings * Cost estimate for the cleaning, monitoring, etc. of each of these buildings

Thank you very much!

Take care, Emily
