I wanted to check with you to see if you have a projected date of when the following information will be available. FEMA is waiting on this information to complete the version to PW 882.
1. HVAC
A. Sample of one of the contracts with a HVAC contractor B. Cost estimate for cleaning a complete central HVAC system
2. Cleaning change order - In reviewing the cleaning change orders faxed to FEMA, I have the following questions
A. Who makes the determination to remove the carpet from the common areas? B. Is the carpet tested before removal? C. How is DEP handling the apartment building's insurance proceeds? D. How were the estimates derived for the cleaning of the apartments and terraces above 2000 sq. feet?
3. Cleaning contractors call to residents the night before the cleaning A. Revised contract scopes of work for the this task B. Cost estimates if there are increased costs.
