Gilsenan, Michael From: Smyth, Virginia Sent: Tuesday, July 16, 2002 2:39 PM To: Radhakrishnan, Krish; Atteloney, Leonard Cc: Gilsenan, Michael Subject: Exterior Cleaning Expenses FY02

I was just informed that the Budget Office needs the figures of how much was spent in FY02 (by June 30th) on the exterior cleaning contracts and air monitoring. The accruals have to be entered into FMS by July 24th. Please have the vendors supply the information as soon as possible.

We can take the info in a verbal form (estimate), with the actual invoices following. Thanks.
