Hi Virginia, FEMA Management wanted me to ask DEP about the letter that the City will provide to SEMO to indemnify the State from all liability related to the Indoor Cleaning and Monitoring Program. Apparently, FEMA cannot obligate the PW funds until SEMO receives that letter. Do you have any information about the status of that letter? Thank you, Emily
