Ground Zero Access Policy An updated memo regarding access to ground zero was released today (attached). White Passes become invalid after 11 ;59 PM on Sunday, October 21, 2001, D£P persomiel will continue to be able to gain access using their DEP photo ID and second form of ID. Contractors working for DEP will have to obtain the new BLUE pass. In order to obtain this new pass, please fax the workers’ names and Social Security Numbers and the job tliey are involved with to me at 212-259-9817, Please call the EOC at 646-756-6240 to let me know when it is faxed so I can pick it up.. Passes should be ready at IS 89 on Saturday or Sunday, BUT CALL THE EOC TO CONFIRM BEFORESENDING ANV'ONE TO IS 89.

They are investigating actions that can be taken.
