As per John Odectnatt, First Deputy Director for the Mayor’s Office of Emergsmey Management; The following agencies will be allowed into the Red Zone with only their IDs and a secondary piece of identification.
AU other personnel on official business will need a WTC 2001 picture credential with the Red Z or a Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management (while pass) that can be obtained at IS 89, If the 2 is punched out, authorization into the Red Zone is not permitted.
