As per John Odermatt, First Deputy Director for the Mayor’s Office of Emergency -Management; The foHowiog agencies will be allowed into the Red Zone with only their agency ID and a secondary* piece of identification OR their agency badges and their picture agency ID. All other personnel on official business will need a WTC 2001. picture credential with the Red Z or a Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management (wliiteAdue pass). If the Z is punched out, authorization into the Red Zone has been revoked.
