BX£SBZXX£ CBDBB StJSPEliSlGK OP REGULATICNS REOARDINQ TRANSPORTATKMI AND HANDLING OF CERTAIN SOLID HASTE RESULTING FROM THE WORLD TRADE CENTER DISASTER WHEREAS on September 11, 2001, I issued Executive Order Number 113 declaring a disaster emergency in the State of New York; NOW, THEREFORE, 1, GEORGE B. PATAKI, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of the State of New York, do hereby continue Executive Order No. 313, dated September 11. 3001, except that such Executive Order is amended to read ee follow*} FURTHER, pursuant,to the authority vested in me by Section 29-a of Article 2-B of the Executive Law to ten^orarily suspend specific proviaions of any statute, local law, ordinance, orders, rules or regulations, or parts thereof, of any agency during a state diaaster emergency, if compliance with such provisions would prevent, hinder or delay action necessary to cope with the disaster, I hereby tea^rarily suspend, for the period from the date of this Executive Order until further notice, the following regulations! 6 KTCRR part 364 to the extent that this part requires persons -working under the supervision of government officials of the state and/or City of New York in connection with the disaster emergency to obtain permits for the collection, transportation and delivery of regulated waste to the etaging areas or disposal locations owned er operated by the City of New York/ 6 NYCRR parts 3T0 through 374 and part 376 to the extent that these parts require persons working under the supervision of government officials of the State and/or City of Nev York in connection with the disaster emergency to comply with hazardous waste management standards st the disaster site, during the transportation of such waste from the disaster site to staging areas or disposal locations owned or operated by the City of New York, and in connection with they^storage of eueh waste at these staging areas or dieposal locatioahv I’
