• All Buildings have been checked twice (by both piivale & City) for structural stability and all have been certified as safe.
• 280 Broadway; Roofwhich was in the process of being replaced prior to WTC collapse was found to be stabile with no debris
• Ground Zero Buildings still affected by odors include 253 Broadway and the Municipal Building.
• Some phone service is still interrupted, elevator service in buildings is operable.
