On behalf of the residents of Lower Manhattan, 1 hereby request you to support the EPA’s request for extension of the registration deadline for the EPA WTC Cleanup program to at least 12/28/02. We believe this is in the best interest of all concerned in protecting the health and safety of residents downtown and in giving the EPA more time to do COMPREHENSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE OUTREACH which has not been done to date.
