Esteemed Colleagues, Thank you very much for agreeing to review the EPA-lead multiagency initiative to clean residences in Lower Manhattan. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday (5/21) from 11 am -1 pm and will be neld in the director's conference room on the 25th floor of EPA's office at 290 Broadway. For those of you that will participate by phone a call in number will be forthcoming in a follow-up E mail. The agenda will include an overview of the residential clean-up plan, identification of contaminants of potential concern and associated heath-based benchmark values, the background sampling plan and pilot study to test the effectiveness of recommended cleaning methods.
