Please see the attached files for the testimony on 2/11/02 from Congressman Nadler, some associated press, and the findings of the UC Davis of particulates and asbestos 1 mile north of Ground Zero for the month of October. Obviously, more sensitive methods were used than by EPA, since EPA found no asbestos whatsoever at Pier 25, its northernmost sampling point, and asbestos only only 3 days in October at West and Barclay, a block away firom Ground Zero.
Also notice that the 11/2/01 press release fi'om UC Davis stated that EPA had request^ their help. But it appears that EPA later disowned the study.
