Indoor Air Residential Assistance Program Monitoring Contract Scope of Work DRAFT - 6/24/02
A. Introduction All work performed under this contract must be in compliance with all applicable, ^^bvant, and appropriate regulations and this Scope of Work, including but not limited to thq^^^bf the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL), the New York State Department of Health Environmental La^ratory Approval Program (ELAP) and the New York City Def^ment of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP). This project shall involve site inspections, passessmenn ys, and assessments^ sashed; coordinating and monitoring the clean up of dust/debri -- liing_ js.. from buiL lents impacted by the collapse of the World Trade Center.
B, Roles and Responsibilities The USEPA has overall responsibility for insuring :ork conduCtec of the Indoor Air Residential Assistance Program is completed safely, efriciently and in a Compliance with the Scope of Work. As such, EPA shall have the following authorities relatingJ0%ork conducted under this contract:
1. The authority to stop work ^^alth apiBafety recons or for non-compliance with the Scope of Work.
2. The authority to direct the contractor in the performance of the work.
