4. An adequate number of asbestos supervisors shall be present at each work place (work place is defined in Title 15, Chapter 1RCNY as the work area and the decontamination enclosure system).
5. A cleaning checklist (to be developed) will be completed by the supervisor at the completion ofthe cleaning.
6. A thorough visual inspection will be conducted by the Proj ect Monitor to verify the absence ofvisible dust accumulations. Additional clean-up procedures shall be performed where visible dust is observed.
7. Air sampling shall be performed by the Air Sampling Technician after the area is fi-ee of dust accumulations as determined by the Project Monitor. Ifthe^jartment does not meet the 30 year 10- 04 risk based clean up criteria the apartment will be recleaned and retested.
8. Any damage or loss to that occurs during cleaning is the responsibility ofthe cleaning contractor. The cleaning contractor is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the acts of parties not involved in the cleanup.
9. All waste generated shall be treated as asbestos containing material. Transportation and disposal of generated waste shall be in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
