Re: 133-135 Greenwich Street/21-23 Thames Street Buildings, New York, New York
Dear Ms. Theodorellys:
The owner's environmental consultant, Airtek, has submitted a revised work plan for the
133 -135 Greenwich St. & 21-23 Thames St. buildings. Their submission is broken into
four (4) parts:
Part I: Project Work Plan
Part II: Environmental Community Air Monitoring Plan
Part III: Health & Safety Plan
Part N: Waste Management Plan
The submission was provided to us in an electronic format. On August 12, 2005, I
forwarded the above-referenced documents electronically to our external partners for
review. I received a message from our computer server that Parts II (Environmental
Community Air Monitoring Plan) and III (Health & Safety Plan) were not transmitted to
you due to the large size of the electronic file. Therefore, I am forwarding to you a hard-
copy of Parts II and III for your review and comment.
Once again, thank you for your participation and assistance in this process. If you have
any questions, please feel free to contact me at (212) 637-3459.
Sincerely,
Emmet C. Keveney
