We have received a copy of a letter from JBH Environmental to Andy Confortini discussing some critical scheduling problems. Specifically, the issue is the scheduling of only one apartment per day, and has resulted in JBH stating that they will no longer be able to continue to work until this is resolved. This issue was first raised at our joint meeting with the contractors.
Please let us know of any steps taken to resolve this problem by close of business tomorrow. We will then determine if the contract with Cole Consulting should be terminated.
