Virginia,
As a follow-up to the phone message I left today, we are going to meet
with both contractors next week. First, we, will meet with Cole, they
have already been informed of the concerns and assured Andy that they
want to resolve these issues asap. As a matter of fact, he spoke
directly with Mr. Cole and he was going to look into this himself. They
will present to us at our meeting an action plan as to how they plan to
proceed in the future.
In addition, Andy has also spoken with JBH and they are also willing to
meet with Cole and resolve the issues that they raised in their letter.
Kathy and Dore are in agreement to this approach. We will give you an
update after we meet with both contractors next week.
If you have any questions, please give me a call at 212-637-4339.
Thanks!

We have received a copy of a letter from JBH Environmental to Andy
Confortini discussing some critical scheduling problems. Specifically,
the
issue is the scheduling of only one apartment per day, and has resulted
in
JBH stating that they will no longer be able to continue to work until
this
is resolved. This issue was first raised at our joint meeting with the
contractors.
Please let us know of any steps taken to resolve this problem by close
of
business tomorrow, 12/3/02. We will then determine if the contract with
Cole Consulting should be terminated.
