Abatement of T ansite Panels, Wall Tar, Interior Door Caulking (1,877 sq. ft.) We shall comply with Full Containment Procedure with Special Condition. We are requesting a variance from the following subsections:

We shall comply with all necessary regulation according to full containment procedure except Partial plasticization of the work areas, where asbestos materials are locate on the wall as. Transite Panels (Electrical Rooms) —1,240 SF Interior Door Caulking'— 2 SF Interior Wall Tar (Pump Room) — 35 SF Transite Panels (Machine Room) — 500 SF Sealed Door Insulation —100 SF 2. The walls surfaces not being abated and floor of the work area, shall be plasticized with two layers of 6-mil plastic sheeting. 3. The numbers of air changes per hour shall be increased to 6.
