• The DEP accepted the variance package but want the variance amended to include the following before they approve it (see attached form from DEP):
1. Cleaning of exterior facade. 2. Cleaning of all areas outside our containment.
The DEP did provide the protocol for the exterior cleaning.
We scheduled a Pre-Abatement meeting with them for Wednesday January 19, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
