Gentlemen
cRe: 92 Chambers Street
We are in receipt of your letter of February 8, 2002, which correspondence, as usual was sent to
the wrong address. (Copy enclosed). We never received any prior communications and there was
no enclosure with this letter. For years you have been writing to P!I._._._._._._._ , and more
._._._._.,_ r .
particularly to Roslyn Halper, who is one of the owners of the building, but does not live there.
A different named owner Nancy Canetti, (there are five owners) does live at ------------------------and only
when she catches the mailman, do we receive correspondence from ECB. I don't know what
happened or what caused your records to be changed, but this office has been the managing agent
of the premises for more than twenty years.
Accordingly, Pease

Now, as to 9-11-2002
There is no debris on our roof. No debris ever reached our little building on the tragic day. I was
up on the roof yesterday (2-14-02) and all that exists on the roof are some empty soda bottles
thrown there by our next door neighbor, who is too lazy to get rid of his own garbage, so he
throws it on our roof. We have found garbage with his name on it, both on our roof and strewn
on our sidewalk.
As to the clean-up: Our top floor tenant, who enjoys the use of the roof and has several skylights
etc. spent $1,000.00 for cleaning the building (his skylights, the roof, etc. etc.) and has made a
claim for this cleanup expense, which we have passed on to our carrier. A copy is enclosed.
The restaurant on the street floor, was required by the Department of Health to clean their entire
premises and was subject to The Department's inspection (they had no physical damage but their
food was spoiled). We gave them two months of free rent, because they were closed into
October, before they could obtain the proper inspection.
All is clean at 92 Chambers Street and we try to keep it that way.
Very truly yours,
HAMBURGER GREEN & HABER
