RE: 108 Greenwich Street Follow up to telephone call
Dear Sir,
I was hand delivered a letter yesterday that you described as a second notice. But to me, this is the first notice.
I called to discuss this letter and you advised me you were in conference and you would call back. I returned your call back to Janet.
For the record, all clean up was completed. All material was removed from the roof, backyard and interior of the building. All rugs were shampooed, all walls washed and painted. All front and rear surfaces of the building washed and cleaned. I believe a city provided controller cleaned some areas as well as he was working on several buildings.
My building is fully functional, however we did lose three tenants who moved out of the building. Please call so we can further discuss this matter.
