Dear Director Radhakrishnan, We are well aware of your concerns regarding the building's exterior and wr circulation conditions. I understand that as the building owner, I should be reap ible for the clwauicig uT fl e facade on. the building. However, I find it difficult to carry out the ', I find it difficult to carry out the process of cleaning due to my financial problems. T am experiencing setbacks and lark of available funds because of past expenditures to fix and repair this building and equipments after the September 11th disaster. In order to clean the surface of the building, I need some financial assistance due to my huge number of bills to pay off and my weakened business. These have hindered any possible step to clean up. Cleaning the building is one of my top priorities due to its Impact on public: health and safety. So I am requesting a grant that can help me iv paying for the cleaning process. I will be very gracefitl if I receive any assistance. Tank you very much
