I understand that as the building owner,I should be reap ible for the cleaning of the facade on the building, However,I find it difficult to carry out the ', I find it difficult to carry out the process of cteanwg due to my financial problems. T am experiencing setbacks and lark of available funds because of past expenditures to fix and repair this building and equipments after the September 1 W disaster. In order to clean the surface of the building, I need some financial assistance due to my huge number ofbills to pay offand my weakened business. These have hindered any possible step to clean up. Cleaning the building is one of my top priorities due to its impact can public health and process. safety.
