Dear Sir/Madam:
As owner of the two referenced properties, 12,, Fulton Street and 111 Nassau Street, we are endeavoring to comply with your notices aced February 17 and 19 respectively.
1. At both sights our HVAC mechanic has changed all filters and cleaned all rooftop units. 2. At both sights we are contacting a specialist to clean the building roofs and remove all accumulations of dust and/or debris. 3. The awnings at 111 Nassau Street have been cleaned and we will retain a service to re clean and wash same. The awnings and facade of 122 Fulton Street will be cleaned as soon as we can arrange for same.
