Prior to starting the sidewalk bridge was plasticized, a dike formed appropriate filtration devices in place, and a remote decontamination was placed on the roof of the building. The site was monitored by Dennis Antzoulatos, and Carlstien Lutchmedial.
A final visual inspection was performed on the roof and facade and it was found to be free of WTC debris.
On 7/21/02 the south side facade was started. And clean up went ahead as scheduled. On requesting a final inspection DEP noted areas that required more cleaning. This was later done and Carlstien Lutchmedial re- inspected and found that there was no visible WTC debris. As of today the roof and facade has been cleaned.
