Dear Mr. Zuckernien:

The following is a summary of the Inc. Performed on September Igs indoor environmental quality survey Group, ', 2001 at the above referenced llocati sampling for airborne metals, on. TheAssu, y included carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, humidity, polynuclear aromatic temperature, relative hydrocarbons and airborne asbestos structures by TEM. Analysis of all indoor readings for carbon dioxide and carbon indoor readings were below OSHA, monoxide revealed that all ACGIH, ASHRAE and other guidelines and/or regulations_ recommended industry

The indoor temperature readings ranged from 67.9"F' to 71.3°F. The readings ranged from 31.2% to 38,8%, indoor relative humidity All indoor relative humidity with the conditions described readings were consistent in the ASHRAE 55-1992 thermal ideal indoor conditions. One comfort standard as well as indoor temperature reading 55-1992 thermal standard for slightly below the ASI~I2AE fall/winter months (69°F - 76°F). Four (4) air samples were collected from various locations analyzed by transmission electron on floors 2, 3, 7 and l5 and the analysis indicated that microscopy (TEM) for asbestos airborne asbestos levels inside and structures.
