We are pleased to submit our proposal to provide mechanical and electrical engineering design services for the subject project.
Our work will include:
1. Survey of the existing mechanical and electrical systems to determine the as-built conditions.
2. Preparation of electrical and mechanical design working drawings and specifications for the space located West at the new emergency generator room and for the work required to be done to maintain services to the remaining tenant’s space.
3. Attend meeting for design coordination.
4. Check contractors’ shop drawings for engineering work.
5. Site visits to establish conformity with the contract.
