Please be advised that we have walked the 23"*. floor last week and noticed that as I had mentioned in my previous observations the week before, the Press Room ceiling is now completed including light fixtures and none of the pipes, hmgers, duct work and walls above the grid have been painted. It is going to be very hard to paint above the grid without causing damage to the grid and lights and still have an acceptable job. Please address this matter as soon as, possible, since this is one of the rooms, which are more important in terms of visibility of the project.

I would also like to remind you that the ceiling in front of the podium at the EOC has complicated detailing for the hanging of the 8 television monitors and the pocket detail for the cabling and the electrical outlets for the monitors. It is very important that you expedite the shop drawings for this area, so that we can coordinate properly and not have these details fall through the cracks at the end of the job.
