WORK IN PROGRESS: 1. Water proofing and leak detection system behind protective wall has not been started. 2. Installation of projector enclosures is partially done, painting was started some units need touch up work, generally is ok. 3. Re water proofing preparation for Radio Room.
ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS:
1. Conduit above women’s core bathroom has been removed , Wall needs to be patched
2. Track Light @ press Room feed not in wall, same as feeds for undercabinet lights. 3. Insulation above perforated metal ceiling @ EOC has not been installed. 4. Projection screens have not been installed @ ceilings. 5. Walls @ reception area has to be cut for the installation of the flush wood base. 6. LAN room cage for Bell Atlantic equipment has not been installed . 7. Fire Extinguisher cabinet openings @ EOC are not cut and install fire extinguishers at all cabinets. 8. Please coordinate the location of door # 11A with FSK’s revision. ( blocking does not seem correct) 9. Door 53A is installed incorrectly, it should be above raised floor not slab. 10. Comer wall at end of corridor in front of door # 52 should be 90 DEG. not as built. Please revise as per plan. 11. Radio room roof details are not as per drawings, (please coordinate water proofing revisions issued onFSK-52 and other trades. 12. Radio room door is not installed correctly, saddle is missing and some of the hardware is not installed. 13. Plywood in room # 23-49 is not installed.j it was installed in room # 23-50) 14. As per Vikonics memo shielding (g! Mayor’s office does not contact the shielding on the walls. 15.
