WORK IN PROGRESS: 1. Water proofing and leak detection system behind protective wall has not been started. 2. Installation of projector enclosures is partially done, painting was started some units need touch up work, generally is ok. 3. Stone floor installation @ elevator lobby, s.s. angle at doors is missing , large variation on color for lava stones. 4. Re water proofing preparation for Radio Room. (FSK was issued to prevent water to penetrate radio rm.

ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS:

1. Track Light @ press Room feed not in wall, same as feeds for undercabinet lights. 2. Brushes at file banks not installed. 3. Projection screens have not been installed @ ceilings. 4. Walls @ reception area has to be cut for the installation of the flush wood base not complete. 5. LAN room cage for Bell Atlantic equipment has not been installed . 6. Fire Extinguisher cabinet openings (5; EOC are a) not installed at one side & b) other side needs to be moved up to clear railing see FSK. 7. Please coordinate the location of door # 11A with FSK’s revision. ( blocking does not seem correct) 8. Door 53A is installed incorrectly, it should be above raised floor not slab. 9. Comer wall at end of corridor in front of door # 52 should be 90 DEG. not as built. Please revise as per plan. 10. Radio room roof details are not as per drawings, (please coordinate water proofing revisions issued onFSK-52 and other trades. 11. Radio room door is not installed correctly, saddle is missing and some of the hardware is not installed.(cut for chain was issued 12/30.) 12. Plywood in room # 23-49 is not inslalled.( it was installed in room # 23-50) 13. As per Vikonics memo shielding @ Mayor’s office does not contact the shielding on the walls. 14. Gaps between steel plates at perimeler hurricane wall need to be sealed to prevent wind to pressurise EOC ceiling. 15. Light switches at some directors offices are located incorrectly, do not clear door . Please revise. 16. Silencers at all doors are missing. 17. Fire hose and cabinet door not installed. 18. Rm. # 23-37 window blinds are broken. Please replace. 19. A second strobe light needs to be located at both core bathrooms due to toilet partition added to separate toilets. 20.
