2. Custom equipment will not be fabricated until we receive approved shop drawings. 3. System completion is expected by October 1, 1998, assuming we receive an order before June 1, 1998. Testing, acceptance and training will follow.

Vn. OPTIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT A service contract is hereby offered to take effect upon expiration of the normal' one-year warranty. This contract will include three visits per year by a qualified technician who will restore any malfunctioning equipment to proper working order and clean, adjust and align all system equipment as required. Annual cost for this contract will be $8,900. Please note that this contract is for labor only, and does not cover any parts which may be required to repair malfunctioning equipment. If parts are necessary, they ivill be billed in addition to the contract amount on a cost plus basis.

Vni. SYSTEM PRICE VERREX is pleased to provide all the equipment, materials and labor as outlined herein for the sum of $2,192,064., including 8.25% applicable sales taxes.
