inspection at anytime during normal working hours. Deposits required by manufacturers will also be invoiced.

When equipment is deliver ed to the job site for storage or installation, the owner or a representative needs to sign for the equipment and make available locked rooms. Upon delivery the owner is responsible for the equipment.

Unless specifically stated as a separate line item, Federal, State, local or other taxes are not included. System completion is subject to prompt receipt of a signed contract, deposit and invoice payment. Unit prices are as requested and for billing purposes only, change in scope, additions and deletions will be quoted separately. This quotation is good for 30 days, extension of thrte in writing only.

V. BID COMPLIANCE This proposal is based upon our interpretation of the system’s functional requirements as set forth in specification pages 1-61 dated May 4, 1998 and drawings AV1-AVS8 dated May 4, 1998. All equipment, material and accessories required, whether specified or not, to make the system(s) operate as defined in the system specifications are hereby also included. VERREX cannot be held liable or responsible for any equipment, accessories or labor beyond that which is required to provide a functioning system as indicated above. This proposal also includes all necessary union installation, supervision, documentation, equipment set-up and alignment, testing and training required to fully implement this project.

Our price is based upon the assumption that all required electrical power, cabling and coimectors, as well as any other electricc.l supply and distribution items required to support the system(s) will be provided by others. These items must be installed prior to our beginning the AV system’s delivery and installation in order to avoid delays in project completion.

VI. SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION VERREX makes every effort to deliver all our projects on time and within budget, and all our internal departments work together towards that goal. To assist us in this undertaking, we ask your cooperation in the following areas:

1. Submissions, samples and drawings should be returned to us, with appropriate comments, within two weeks of submittal. 2. All areas in which we will be working should be provided with all debris removed, all floors, walls and ceilings should be complete, we should have the capability to secure room(s), and we should have the capability to work continuously without interruption.

Based upon these conditions being met, the following dates are given following receipt of a fully signed and executed contract, accompanied by the appropriate deposit;

1. Complete submission will be within three weeks. Submission is limited to those items which deviate from those specified.
