No. of pages including cover sheet I CMB 25/98 Revised

Our revised price for work at this project amounts to the lump sum of $60,800 00. Scope of work includes slate tile pavers at elevator lobby, bathroom and pantry ceramic tile floors' foil height wall tile at all walls in all bathrooms, 5” high ceramic tile base at pantry and work in accordance with detail 11/D12 at roof. Slate pavers are estimated as mud-set, all others figured as thin-set. Waterproofing included at all bathroom floors. Protection of installed work to be by others.

Our add alternate for removal and re-setting lobby pavers in accordance with my conversation with Martin Schneider amounts to the lump sum of $5,400,00, based on a count of approximately 20 pavers to be picked up and replaced This sum does not included any costs for replacement pavers which might be required due to breakage If replacements should be required, they will be billed at material cost plus 25%.

Prices are based on work being covered by a Certificate of Capital Improvement. Alt work is estimated for normal union working hours, except deliveries, which are on off hours Protection of installed work is to be by others.

Let me know if you have any questions on this bid. Thanks.

Tom McNamara
