8. Manifest List / Drawings for H. Miller work stations and office free standing furniture ai-e incomplete without panel sizes at existing plans, (SF 3): all codes of all components, including counters, upper storage cabinets, prices including city discounts for process of purchase orders.

ARCHITECTUrtAL

1. Drawing T-1.

a. Clarify demolition notes in order to request the DOITT / NYPD written approval for die disconnection of any live electrical conduits and / or telecommunication wires prior to disconnection on general demo notes as well as each floor demo plan / notes. Also clarify note on A-3-2 on removal of telephone and data.

b. Clarify note on the “non-reraoval of existing floor tiles” and all areas that require partial removal of tiles where new slab to slab partitions will be installed and floor box relocated.

2. Drawing A-3-1. Clarify notes on: optl-ald (also on A-4-2), second temporary barricade location, “patch ceiling at new wall and floor”, and “patch and paint ceiling”.

Respon.se: Drawings reflect ups design directed by the Criminal Justice Coordinator and DCAS to provide a dedicated FDNY system within its space. Revised design approved after 100% CD is an additional service. Please approve additional service requisted by SHCA.

c. Is structural reinforcement required in the paper storage areas?
