Solid objects (electrical equipment, exerc ise eq ui pment. etc.) will be Wet wiped, moved to allow cleaning of the underlying surface and will be returned to their originaldocation. s, Dishwashers toe plates will be removed and the floor beneath the appliance will be cleaned. t. Protective covers on finned radiant heaters and baseboard heaters will be removed to expose heat elements. Fins are IO be brushed and vacuumed to remove dust. u. All cleaning equipment will be wicuumed and/or wet wiped for use on the residence.

4, I lEPA air filtration devices (AFDs) will run continuously during all cleaning activities as appropriate given site conditions.. A standard i 201) cfm device shall be installed per 3-6,000 cubic feet.

5. An adequate number ol'asbestos superxisors shall be present at each work place (work place is defined in'f’itle /?. (.'hapter i RCNY as the work area and the ctecontarninatidnenclosure system).

6. A cleaning checklist (to be developed) willbe completed by the supervisor at the completion ofthe cleaning. T ■ y

7. A thorough visual inspection will be conducted by the Project Monitor to verify the absence ofvisible dust accumulations. Additional clean-up procedures shall be perfonned where visible dust is observed.

8. Air sampling shall be performed by the Air Sampling Technician after ^the area is free of dust accuninlations as determinedbythefrfpject Monitor. Ifthe apartment does not meet the cleanup criteria of 0.0009 fibers/cc (TEM) the apartment will be recleaoed aad^retested.
