Attached are Schedule A's for the cleaning and air monitoring contracts being prepared for 114 Liberty. Basically, they are the same as the ones finalized for 125 Cedar Street. Please let me know if any changes are required. I am also attaching a draft scope of work for the cleaning contract. As you know, we have extremely tight time contraints, in order to meet FEMA's requirements for funding. Our timeline is as follows:
2/10/03 - Mailing of bid documents 2/18/03 - Mandatory pre-bid conference (walk-thru) 2/24/03 - Bid Opening 2/26/03 - Commence Work for Air Monitoring Contract 2/28/03 - Commence Work for Cleaning Contract
