This is to confirm the recent conversations you had with representatives of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regarding the above-mentioned address.
The Department has completed the clean up activities at 125 Cedar Street, as per the contract specifications, the scopes of work and the access agreements (Reference ProjectjwTC-UNA and WTC-UNC). As you are aware, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has received and reviewed ' the sampling results. The summary of the USEPA evaluation is attached for your reference. The DEP concurs with this evaluation.
