A review of the analytical data for asbestos, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), dioxin, lead, mercury, fibrous glass, and silica indicates that the numeric criteria w'e are using in the Confirmation 1 Building Cleanup Study (“the pilot”) at 1'10 Liberty Street liave been met.
