Subject: 125 Cedar Street, Manhattan AKA 120 Liberty Street, Manhattan
Dear Mr. Masino:
This is to confirm the recent conversations with representatives of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
The Department has completed the clean up activities at 125 Cedar Street, Manhattan as per the contract specifications, the scopes of work and the access agreements (Reference Project WTC_UNA and WTC-UNC). As you are aware, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) have received and reviewed the sampling results. The summary of the USEPA evaluation is attached for your reference. The DEP concurs with this evaluation. Further, the USEPA and DEP had representatives on site on November 7, 2002 and November 8, 2002 for walk-through inspections with building occupants.
A copy of the final report prepared by ATC Associates will be forwarded to you for your records as soon as available. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
NYC-WTC_000156810
