8. Contractor to ensure and demonstrate that Work Area is under a minimum of 0.02” wc negative pressure via AFDs through use of recording manometers.

9. Contractor to completely remove dust contaminated materials from piping, fittings, ceilings, “I” beams, walls, doors, floors, etc. as shown and/or noted in these documents, and dispose of the materials as designated by these specifications.

10. Contractor to remove any other materials as noted in Contract Documents.

11. Contractor to completely clean the entire Work Area using standard wet-wiping and HEPA-vacuuming decontamination procedures.

12. Ambient Group, Inc. to certify work area(s) clean using the clearance criteria described in Section 05 - Air and Wipe Sampling, and Section 14 - Work Area Clearance.

13. Contractor shall then remove all isolation barriers and seals, reinstall altered building components and again clean the Work Area.

14. Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with failure of the clearance testing criteria (i.e., re-cleaning and re-testing) as described in Section 05 - Air and Wipe Sampling, and in Section 14 - Work Area Clearance.
